MC3 frame.

Frame ready with the following fixation methods.

Fixation with anchors: The frame is prepared with anchors to be fixed with mortar in the supporting wall. Internally, all the gaps between frame and wall must be filled with mortar as shown in the image.

Fixation with screws: The frame is prepared with holes to fixed with screws in the supporting wall. Internally, all the gaps between frame and wall must be filled with mortar as shown in the image. It´s recommended to use metalic expansive bolts  Ø10x120mm.  Screws are not supplied.

Type "B" frame (frame for corridors).

Frame specially usefull for in corridors installation. The frame is completely inserted in the wall opening.

Fixation with screws: The frame is prepared with holes to be screwed in the wall. It´s recommended to use metallic expansive bolts.  Screws are not supplied. In fire doors: - between frame and wall, 5mm. thickness fiber ceramic strips must be installed between frame and wall, type PROMAGLAF HTI or similar. - inside the frame it must be filled completely with insulating material. - cover the union between frame and wall with cords of silicone type PROMASEAL or similar.

Type "C" frame (frame for plasterboard partitions).

Frame specially designed to be used in plasterboards partitions. The frame is "embracing-wall" type and is made for the following wall thickness:
- 100mm.
- 125mm.
- 150mm.

For other wall thickness, ask Commercial Dpt.

Fixation with screws: The frame is prepared with holes to be screwed to the wall. Screws for installation are also supplied. In fire doors: - all the interior of the frame must be filled with plasterboard strips.
